How We Work

How We Work

High school’s partner with AC4SA to aid student-athletes in maintaining academic eligibility. AC4SA supports high school counselors and coaches to better navigate NCAA eligibility.

Step 1

AC4SA secures the athlete's parent/guardian permission

Step 2

High schools provide AC4SA with student athlete academic data through our secure portal

Step 3

High school counselors access their student's College Tracking page to their dashboard to view:

  • NCAA core courses completed and NCAA core GPA

  • Alerts to deficiencies in courses, GPA or test scores

  • Recommendations for next steps including course selection

Step 4

AC4SA will update College Tracking page after each semester

Other Services:

Academic Coaching

Academic coaching focuses on the process of learning and teaches students the executive functioning and study skills necessary for success in the higher education classroom. All student athletes can benefit from working one-on-one with an academic coach.

AC4SA will work one-on-one with student athletes to develop the skills needed to succeed at the collegiate level.

Presentations & Consultations

AC4SA will uniquely tailor a presentation to a variety of audiences; it can be presented to student athletes, parents, coaches, athletic directors, guidance counselors, academic advisors, or any combination.

AC4SA is available to meet one-on-one or in small groups via conference call or in person.  We can answer your questions and help you get your student athletes on track.

Academic Skill Development Workshops

Academic skill development workshops are custom made for the group of student athlete's AC4SA is working with.
